What happens if I have staffing Issues along the way?
During the time you are under contract with Compass, we can assist you with ad development, placement, resume screening, telephone interviewing, testing for personality and aptitude and reference checking. If a new employee is Introduced to the learn, Compass will assist in the transition with one- on one training. In addition, we recommend that you video our presentation of recommendations and training session for their review.

I feel I need to get my staff in order first. What do you think?
You may never have your staff “in order” as turnover I dentistry is expected. Remember that it is the systems that run your practice and the sooner you have the systems in place, the sooner you will r eap the benefit.

What can I do to make sure this will work for me?
Keep the lines of communication open with Dr Oliveira, your Compass consultant. We provide telephone meeting support and monthly follow up. It is i mportant that those calls and monthly reports are followed through to keep the momentum moving forward for you and your team.
